The double-layer sorting quality is good and UHD imaging does catch defects our previous machine missed. However the machine requires very high air consumption 6.0 m³/min for the 240KS5 which meant significant investment in upgrading our compressor before installation. This was not communicated clearly enough during the sales process. NICPL's technical support after installation has been helpful. Good machine overall but buyers must carefully plan compressed air infrastructure well in advance.
